The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the design team by producing high-quality Revit models and documentation across building services projects. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy, coordination, and efficiency throughout the design process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed Revit models for building services projects
- Produce coordinated drawings and documentation across multiple disciplines
- Work closely with engineers to interpret and deliver design intent
- Assist with clash detection and coordination using BIM tools
- Ensure models and documentation meet project standards and deadlines
- Proven experience as a Revit Modeller within building services
- Background in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic services
- Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Understanding of BIM processes and coordination workflows
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
