The Company: 
Established in 1999, this Multi-Disciplinary Commercial Builder is best known for Insurance works amongst the Melbourne Market. 
Over the last 5 years and due to internal growth, this builder is moving into the Commercial Industry working on $200k - $4m commercial new builds and refurbishments. 
This builder is looking to double their staff head count in the next 12-18months. Backed by their Engineering arm, this builder is extremely flexible in approach, with full autonomy provided and support from leaders in the business. 

The Role: 
Joining the team as the Lead Administrator, you will have full autonomy in managing all matters pertaining to Occupational Health & Safety, writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, financials, procurement, materials and growing and developing the current sub-contractor database. 
You will be reporting into the Directors, who will allow you to develop efficient systems and processes for this growing team. 

Requirements: 
The successful candidate will have the following: 
  • A relevant administration degree
  • Prior experience implementing or gaining accreditation in ISO-45001
  • Creating and implementing SOP's within a hybrid working environment
  • Prior OH&S oversight
  • 6-10 years of industry experience - ideally in the Commercial Construction Industry 
  • An understanding of contracts, building standards and codes
  • A strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop a business 
  • Full working rights in Australia
