Working within a highly collaborative team, you will play a key role in the design development, documentation and delivery of large-scale apartment and mixed-use developments from concept through to construction.
This position is ideal for an experienced Architect who enjoys balancing design excellence with technical delivery and is looking to contribute to some of the industry's most prestigious residential projects.
The Role As a Senior Architect, you will:
- Lead the design development and documentation of major multi-residential projects
- Coordinate project teams through all stages of project delivery
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation packages
- Mentor and support architects and graduates within the team
- Drive project outcomes while maintaining design intent and technical excellence
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Associates on complex developments
- Participate in consultant coordination, authority approvals and construction phase services
- Registered Architect qualifications preferred
- 8+ years' post-graduate experience within Australian architecture practices
- Strong experience delivering large-scale multi-residential projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency and BIM coordination capabilities
- Exceptional documentation and detailing skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to manage multiple project deadlines within a fast-paced environment
