A leading engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal or Senior Associate Structural Engineer to join its Melbourne team, working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects .
This is a senior technical and leadership role suited to an engineer operating at Associate–Senior Associate level , ready to take ownership of projects and contribute to team growth.
About You
- 3–8+ years’ experience operating at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Strong local (Australian/Melbourne) project experience
- Proven capability delivering building structures across multiple sectors
- Confident leading projects, coordinating consultants, and engaging with clients
- Solid technical background with commercial awareness and mentoring ability
- High-quality, varied project pipeline
- Clear pathway for progression and leadership influence
- Supportive, well-established consultancy with a strong market reputation
