We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and well-established engineering consultancy with a thriving presence in Melbourne’s CBD. Known for their collaborative approach and technical strength, this consultancy delivers high-quality civil design solutions across both building-associated works and municipal infrastructure.
As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their tight-knit and technically strong civil team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering detailed civil design across a range of projects, including civil works associated with building developments (e.g. drainage, pavements, earthworks, car parks, and access roads) as well as municipal infrastructure. You will play a key role in project delivery, client coordination and internal mentoring.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in civil engineering design in both building-related civil works and local infrastructure.
- High-level proficiency in Civil3D for modelling and design, with the ability to draft in AutoCAD .
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, councils, and multidisciplinary teams.
- A friendly, team-focused attitude that contributes positively to office culture.
- A desire and ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical support to the management team .
- Work on a wide variety of challenging and rewarding projects.
