RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Letting and vetting subcontractor packages
- Manage project financials and tracking budgets/reporting
- Managing RFI's, EOT's and NOD's
- Communicating closely with Project Manager and delivery team
- Mentor and provide feedback for junior Contract Administrators and Coordinators/Graduates
- Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of Contract Administrator experience in commercial construction
- Proven Contract Administrator track record delivering Fitout and Refurbishment projects (ideally D&C) start to finish
- Team first mindset
- Previous experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Procore
- Unlimited Australian working rights
