Over the last 5 years and due to internal growth, this builder is moving into the Commercial Industry working on $200k - $4m commercial new builds and refurbishments.
This builder is looking to double their staff head count in the next 12-18months.
Backed by their Engineering arm, this builder is extremely flexible in approach, with full autonomy provided and support from leaders in the business.
The Role:
Joining the team as the lead Contract & Procurement Manager, you will have full autonomy in managing all financials, procurement, materials and growing and developing the current sub-contractor database.
You will be reporting into the Directors, who will allow you to develop efficient systems and processes for this growing team.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A relevant Construction degree
- 6-10 years of Industry experience
- Experience in the Commercial Construction Industry
- A strong understanding of contracts, building standards and codes
- A reliable and strong network of trades
- A strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop a business
- Full working rights in Australia
