About the Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Architectural drafting of commercial big box and drive-thru projects
- Consultant interactions and coordination
- Statutory planning submissions
- Vehicular planning, including car parks and sweep paths
- Supporting client and account management
- Proven experience in drafting commercial big box or drive-thru projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of statutory planning processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
