The Role
- Lead electrical building services projects from concept through to completion
- Manage project delivery, timelines, and client expectations
- Oversee design documentation and technical delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and clients
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
- Attend meetings, site inspections, and provide technical input throughout delivery
- Contribute to team growth and ongoing client relationships
We are looking for someone with experience delivering projects across a variety of sectors, ideally including:
- Commercial office developments
- Healthcare / hospitals
- Education facilities
- Residential apartments / mixed-use developments
- Retail and hospitality projects
- Industrial / warehousing facilities
- Data centres / mission critical facilities
- Fitout and refurbishment projects
- Degree qualified Electrical Engineer
- Proven experience within an Australian building services consultancy
- Strong local project experience across a range of sectors
- Previous experience leading projects and managing clients
- Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
- Strong technical knowledge across power, lighting, communications, and associated services
- Good understanding of Australian Standards and local codes
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- Senior level role with autonomy and responsibility
