Requirements -
- $150,000 package (Will depend on candidate's experience)
- Multidisciplinary Consultancy
- Responsible for all Fire Protection design from concept, schematic through tender and IFC and Construction Assistance.
- 10 years' experience
- Indepth knowledge a must
- Good Comms
- Must be able to present to FRV, understand latest Code requirements
- Ability to list and submit R129 schedules
- Wet Fire – Sprinklers, Hydrant, Hose reels, Fire extinguishers, Dry Fire possible (bonus)
- Full time in office (CBD)
- Revit - Potential to include own modelling
- Start ASAP
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in the consulting or building services industry
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
