We are looking for an experienced Estimator that can hit the ground running, learn our systems but would be confident in working through a tender from receipt from client to submission prior to the deadline.
We appreciate that it may take a couple of weeks to get up to speed with our systems, but they need to be capable of the tender process, trade scoping, measuring, market engagement, quote analysis etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment and unsupervised
- Tender on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to use effectively use Estimating software
- Ability to read and interpret building plans/engineering drawings
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 7 years’ experience as an Estimator in Commercial Construction in Australia
- Proven experience in similar role
- Team Player, cooperative and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
