Role
The relevant role is a Senior Estimator position based from a Ballarat office and will include responsibilities such as:
- Collect and review drawings to prepare tenders
- Develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Attend and conduct tender meetings
- Liaise with key stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
- Monitor project costs and budgets
- Leading a team of two other Estimators
Requirements
- Previous Senior/Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Experience successfully winning tenders in the Commercial/Industrial sector
- Relevant Structural/Engineering tertiary qualification/background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in and drive a team environment
- Live local to the Ballarat region
