The Company
I have partnered with an established Landscape contractor known in the industry for their sustainability, innovation, and bespoke civil/structural projects. The primary scope of work includes wetlands, landscaping, hardscapes, and public infrastructure projects.
  
The Senior Estimator will be at the forefront of all projects coming into the business, working closely with the Director and the Business Development manager to bid for projects in existing market segments and new.
  
What you need to be a strong applicant:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator specialising in Landscape construction (5 years minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials (concrete and steel), methods, and cost estimation principles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools (e.g., CostX, Benchmark, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
  • Expert application of Excel is a must.
  • Experience pricing from first principles, breaking down costs and labour.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Leadership experience is highly valued with this position overseeing one other estimator.
