Are you a seasoned Interior Designer with a flair for hospitality projects and a passion for creating immersive branded environments? This is a rare opportunity to join a leading design and construction firm known for delivering sophisticated interiors across workplace and Hospitality.
This design-led studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects from concept to completion. With a focus on creating meaningful, functional environments, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and an in-house construction team to deliver award-worthy outcomes that combine design, identity, and experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage design projects from briefing and concept through to documentation and delivery.
- Collaborate with directors, consultants, and the build team to ensure design intent is realised on site.
- Integrate environmental graphics and branded elements into spatial design for a cohesive visual narrative.
- Mentor junior designers and coordinate internal design reviews.
- Prepare compelling presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
- Produce detailed documentation and specifications using Revit.
- Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative thinking to the studio.
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in interior design with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
- A portfolio showcasing creative design work, including environmental graphics and brand integration .
- Proficiency in Revit (essential), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
