We’re working with a architectural & design studio renowned for delivering sophisticated, high-end hospitality projects across Australia and beyond.
They’re now looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on key projects and drive delivery from concept to completion.

You’ll be hands-on in Revit , leading both design and documentation, while also managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading interior design across hospitality projects — from boutique hotels to destination restaurants
- Driving project delivery: managing budgets , allocating internal resources , and ensuring timelines are met
- Working directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring concepts to life
- Producing high-quality documentation in Revit — a must-have skill
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to studio culture
- Presenting to clients and attending key site meetings through to delivery
- 8+ years’ experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in hospitality
- 2 + years in a Senior or leadership role
- A natural project leader — confident juggling multiple projects and managing client expectations
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and finishes
- Advanced Revit skills are essential (this is not a delegation role — you’ll be on the tools)
