We’re partnering with a leading design & construct (D&C) commercial fit-out business to appoint a Senior Interior Designer with a proven track record in workplace environments.
You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to deliver high-quality, commercially viable workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workplace interior projects from concept to completion
- Develop creative, functional design solutions aligned with client briefs
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and site teams
- Manage client relationships and present design concepts confidently
- Coordinate consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure designs are buildable, on budget, and aligned with programme
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial workplace design
- Strong D&C / fit-out project experience (essential)
- Proven ability to run projects and manage clients
- Excellent space planning and concept design skills
- Strong documentation capability (AutoCAD / Revit)
- Experience working alongside construction teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
