Working across workplace, commercial and fit-out projects, this role will see you collaborating closely with project managers, estimators and delivery teams to create high-quality, functional and innovative interior environments from concept through to delivery.

The Role
- Lead interior design outcomes across commercial fit-out and workplace projects
- Develop concepts, presentations and detailed documentation packages
- Coordinate closely with construction and project delivery teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Attend site meetings and assist during construction phases
- Mentor and support junior designers within the team
- 5+ years’ experience as an Interior Designer within commercial interiors or fit-outs
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability
- Proven experience delivering workplace and commercial projects
- Strong documentation and detailing capability
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Revit proficiency highly regarded
