This is a hands-on senior position for a designer who loves both the big idea and the detail. You'll guide project teams, present to clients, and shape spatial narratives that set the benchmark in hospitality design.
What you'll be doing
- Leading concept development and setting interior design direction
- Managing hotel and hospitality projects from concept through to delivery
- Producing high-quality, design-led documentation in Revit
- Presenting to clients and coordinating with architects and consultants
- Overseeing FF&E selection, custom detailing and material palettes
- Mentoring junior designers and supporting the wider team
- 5+ years' interior design experience, ideally in hospitality or hotels
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp and Enscape highly regarded)
- A refined design sensibility with strong material knowledge and detailing skills
- Confidence presenting to clients and leading project teams
- The ability to run project stages and manage internal workflows
- $90k–$95k + Super
- Award-level hotel projects
- Exposure to interstate and international clients
- A genuine leadership role with mentoring and professional development
