Join a highly respected national architecture practice with a reputation for delivering thoughtful, purpose-driven design solutions across a range of sectors. Due to the continued growth of a long-standing client relationship, they are seeking a Senior Project Architect with deep experience in Aged Care design and delivery to lead multiple projects.


About the Role:

As a Senior Project Architect, you will take a pivotal role in managing and delivering a suite of Aged Care projects for one of their most valued clients.
This is a long-term partnership built on trust, consistency, and design excellence.

You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with the client's vision and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of aged care projects, from initial briefing through to construction and delivery.
  • Maintain and strengthen an ongoing relationship with a high-profile client, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all documentation is produced to a high standard using Revit .
  • Maintain strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance, and design principles specific to aged care environments.
About You:
  • Registered Architect with 15+ years of experience, including a strong portfolio of completed Aged Care projects in Australia.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects independently with confidence and precision.
  • Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit,  this is a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Excellent knowledge of aged care standards, accessibility, compliance, and functionality.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior staff and contributing to studio culture.
