We're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong design eye, excellent technical delivery skills and the ability to confidently lead projects through every stage. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with directors, consultants and clients to deliver outstanding architectural outcomes.
The Role
- Lead luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects from concept through to construction
- Develop thoughtful design solutions and oversee project delivery
- Produce and manage high-quality documentation in Revit
- Coordinate consultants and manage project timelines
- Liaise directly with clients, builders and local authorities
- Attend site meetings and oversee projects during construction
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio's collaborative culture
- Registered Architect with 5+ years' local experience
- Proven experience delivering luxury residential and boutique multi-residential projects
- A strong design eye with a passion for high-quality architecture
- Excellent technical documentation and project delivery experience
- Advanced Revit skills are essential
- Strong knowledge of the NCC and Australian construction standards
- Outstanding communication and client management skills
- Ability to lead projects autonomously from design through to completion
- Up to $100-$120K + Super
