Responsibilities
- Coordinate relevant consultants and stakeholders
- Closing out and coordinate finishes, defects and services on project
- Read and interpret drawings
- Manage ITP and QA documents to ensure project is compliant with specifications and standards
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Monitoring project progress and project timelines
Experience required
- Project Coordinator/Engineer or Junior Project Manager experience delivering larger scale Commercial/Fitout project for headcontractor
- Previous experience managing consultants, closing out defects, strong understanding of services and being able to read/interpret drawings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Procore and MS Packages
