Role
The relevant role is a Senior Project Coordinator position that will involve running the structure for a $160M High-End Apartment project on the outskirts of the Melbourne CBD.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors
- Preparing progress reports and ensuring all other documents are kept up to date
- Procurement and communicating effectively with suppliers and subcontractors
- Driving and enforcing OH&S safety methods and procedure
- Reviewing expenses and tracking costs
Requirements
- Senior/Project Coordinator experience in the Tier 1 or 2 environment for a Commercial headcontractor
- Experience running a large structural package on a High-End Apartment project heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech and Aconex softwares
