A long-established upper-tier Subdivisions contractor delivering superlot subdivision projects to developers across the north and west of Melbourne. A brilliant name in the industry with brand new offices in the north of Melbourne.
The role
Reporting to the construction manager, you will run large-scale bulk earthworks and utilities packages
- Delivery of greenfield land development sites from start to completion
- Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
- Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
- Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and authorities
- Plan and project programming
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer in land development projects in Australia
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
- Degree in Construction/Engineering
- Experience in construction projects up to $40 million
- Excellent time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Appropriate IT skills
