With a strong reputation in the land development sector, this team is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a key role in delivering broadacre subdivision projects for major private developers.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale subdivision projects, working closely with some of the industry's most recognized developers. You’ll take ownership of projects from inception through to construction and handover, ensuring high-quality outcomes, strong stakeholder relationships, and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of broadacre subdivision projects.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with major private developers.
- Provide technical oversight and direction to the project team.
- Manage project financials, timelines, and risk.
- Work collaboratively with internal technical teams, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business growth and project opportunities in the Victorian market.
- Proven experience in land development, ideally managing broadacre subdivision projects.
- Strong background in engineering project delivery (civil engineering qualifications preferred).
- Commercial acumen and the ability to build lasting relationships with major developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
