The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Civil Project Manager with proven experience delivering residential land subdivision projects from concept through to completion.
This is a true end-to-end (turnkey) role , where you'll take ownership of projects and drive outcomes across all stages from design coordination, approvals, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential land development projects from inception to completion
- Oversee the delivery of subdivisions, including:
- Bulk earthworks
- Roads and intersections
- Drainage and stormwater systems
- Water and sewer infrastructure
- Coordinate internal design teams and external consultants
- Act as the primary point of contact for:
- Local councils and authorities
- Service authorities
- Developers and clients
- Contractors and delivery partners
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful delivery
- Proven experience delivering residential land subdivisions in Australia
- Strong background in civil infrastructure associated with land development
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally a Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng) or an experienced Project Manager from a developer or consultancy background
- Commercially astute, proactive, and solutions-focused
