We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Construction team.
Working with a range of commercial contractors and subcontractors, you will focus on the recruitment of white-collar office and senior site-based roles.

The desk has been established for over 10 years, with PSAs and agreed terms in place with a range of clients, and a well-developed candidate base. Despite patchy market conditions, the business unit has continued to exceed budget in the first 3 quarters of 2025 and hold huge growth opportunity.
The role is ideally suited to a seasoned recruitment consultant with experience working within the construction sector. The role provides a pathway to a Principal Consultant or Team Leader position, should people leadership be of interest.
About You
Managing a key desk in the business, you’ll be a highly experienced 360º recruitment consultant. You’re motivated by performance, driven by results, and committed to delivering for customers. You value being part of a supportive team and celebrate the success of the team as well as your own.
You’ll bring:
- A senior level of agency experience running a technical recruitment desk, ideally within the built environment industry
- The confidence to manage your desk independently and the drive to take it to new heights
