An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a well-regarded Projects team delivering a diverse portfolio of technically challenging and meaningful projects across Victoria and beyond.
This role would suit someone with a strong consulting background who enjoys taking ownership of projects, collaborating with clients and design teams, and contributing to the delivery of practical, high-quality engineering solutions.
The Opportunity
Working within a highly experienced structural team, you will be involved in the design and delivery of a wide variety of projects across multiple sectors, including:
- Schools and educational facilities
- Aged care developments
- Hospitals and healthcare projects
- Civic and community buildings
- Industrial facilities
- Large-scale residential developments
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Proven experience as a Structural Engineer within the Victorian or broader Australian consulting market.
- Strong technical capability in the design of concrete and steel structures.
- Exposure to a broad range of building projects across multiple sectors.
- The ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
- Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients.
