I’ve been engaged by a leading property and infrastructure consultancy, to find a driven and passionate Senior Town Planner to join their award-winning team.

The Role
As a Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior team members, clients, and other professionals to deliver quality planning outcomes. You’ll be trusted to:
- Prepare and manage planning applications for projects of varying scale
- Liaise and negotiate with local councils and authorities
- Draft planning reports, amendments, proposals, and strategic advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical results
- Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across offices
About You
You’ll be a qualified planner with circa 5 years’ experience in either local or regional markets. You’ll be known for being dependable, responsive, and results-driven, with a strong foundation in both statutory and strategic planning.
Key strengths will include:
- Strong technical planning skills across diverse projects within Victoria
- Excellent negotiation and mediation abilities
- Interest in stakeholder management and business development
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary work
