Job Title: Senior   Town Planner
Location:  Shepparton Office
Employment Type: Full-Time

I’ve been engaged by a leading property and infrastructure consultancy, to find a driven and passionate Senior   Town Planner to join their award-winning team.

The Role

As a Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior team members, clients, and other professionals to deliver quality planning outcomes. You’ll be trusted to:
  • Prepare and manage planning applications for projects of varying scale
  • Liaise and negotiate with local councils and authorities
  • Draft planning reports, amendments, proposals, and strategic advice
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical results
  • Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across offices
This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their planning career within a supportive, collaborative environment.

About You

You’ll be a qualified planner with circa  5 years’ experience in either local or regional markets. You’ll be known for being dependable, responsive, and results-driven, with a strong foundation in both statutory and strategic planning.

Key strengths will include:
  • Strong technical planning skills across diverse projects within Victoria
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation abilities
  • Interest in stakeholder management and business development

Negotiable Salary Range
