Backed by a strong national presence and secured project pipeline, this is an opportunity to join a growing Melbourne office with immediate involvement across live projects.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of structural projects across design and delivery phases. The role offers genuine scope to influence outcomes, engage with clients and contribute to the continued growth of the Melbourne business, supported by a well-established national network.
Project Exposure
Projects are primarily building-focused, including:
• Multi-residential developments
• Medium to high-rise structures
• Commercial and industrial facilities
• Community infrastructure including schools
• Selected small-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including wind and related structures
About You
This role will suit a Structural Engineer (Intermediate through to Senior Associate level) who:
• Is technically strong across building structures
• Can manage projects end-to-end
• Enjoys client interaction and broader project involvement
• Has exposure or interest in proposals, tendering and commercial aspects
• Works autonomously and takes initiative
• Is motivated by long-term growth and progression
