An established and growing structural engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their Melbourne team. Located on the CBD fringe with strong project presence across the northern suburbs, this is an opportunity to step into a key technical and client-facing role within a highly regarded practice.
The Role You will play a senior role in delivering a diverse range of projects across:
- Industrial developments (warehouses, logistics facilities)
- Commercial buildings
- Mixed-use and residential projects
- Structural upgrades and refurbishments
- Leading structural design from concept through to construction
- Managing project delivery, timelines, and client relationships
- Mentoring junior engineers and reviewing technical work
- Coordinating with architects, builders, and other consultants
- Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering
- 6+ years’ local experience in structural consulting
- Strong experience in steel and concrete design
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate with clients
- Familiar with Australian Standards and local construction practices
- Excellent salary package (based on experience)
