Responsibilities
- Ensure the site is running to the adhered scope regarding timelines, budget, resourcing and quality
- Manage and coordinate relevant subcontractors
- Drive and enforce any OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any potential disputes that arise on site
Experience required
- Previous Site Manager experience for a commercial headcontractor
- Retail or Industrial project experience heavily favorable
- Proficient with Hammertech and Aconex softwares
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player mindset wanting to grow long term with the business
