Responsibilities
- Managing day to day site operations and subcontractors
- Drive and enforce OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Develop junior staff and provide feedback on progress
Experience required
- Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering Office/Workplace Fitout/Refurbishment projects start to finish for a headcontractor
- Ideally have previous D&C experience
- Procore and 1breadcrumb software experience
- Availability to work rotational Saturdays
- Full Australian working rights
