Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations and subcontractors
- Quality assurance
- Drive and enforce OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolve any disputes that may arise
- Mentor and develop Junior/Foreman
Experience required
- Previous Site Manager experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
- Experience delivering projects in excess of $30M desired
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech and Procore software
- Unlimited Australian working rights
