ROLE:
The relevant role is a 6-month contract Site Manager position delivering a $1.5M refurbishment and mech upgrades for a Defence project in Wagga Wagga, with an expected start date out on site to be early June.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Managing and coordinating all subcontractors and trades on-site
- Ensuring all aspects of the build meet the quality standards and the project is delivered within time and budget allocated
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
- OH&S measures and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Site Manager experience for a Commercial headcontractor
- Defense project experience heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability for a June start
- Living local to the Wagga Wagga region
