Site Manager to run a $9M, 9-month new-build social housing project in Melbourne's west. Straight forward scope (3 levels, no basement), full support on site, and a genuine 5-day working week.

Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor and relevant stakeholders on site
- Enforcing and driving related OH&S processes and procedures
- Quality assurance
- Coordinating the drop off of supply and relevant materials
- Resolve any disputes that may potential arise on site
- Working closely with Project Manager and Contract Administrator to deliver the project
Requirements
- SM experience owning a ground-up new build of similar scale ($5-15M), multi-level residential or institutional.
- Tier 2/3 or regional commercial builder background — hands-on accountability for program, quality, safety and subbies.
- Available on short notice, based in or able to commute to Melbourne's west.
- Career stability and a clean record for medical, WWCC and (if required) police checks.
- Social or affordable housing delivery experience.
- Comfortable working within a supported site team rather than sole-charge.
- Exposure to Procore, Aconex, HammerTech, JobPac or MS Project.
- Live, funded project — no ambiguity on scope or budget.
- Strong support structure and manageable build complexity.
- Growing, government-backed social housing pipeline in Victoria.
