Role
The relevant role is a 6-month contract Site Manager position delivering a $3M Education Extension and Refurbishment project in Paynesville, Victoria.
This contractor is looking to make a start out on-site within the next 4-weeks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors
- Ensuring project is aligns with program
- Managing quality assurance
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks
- Driving and enforcing OH&S measures and procedures
Requirements
- Site Manager experience for a Commercial headcontractor
- Education project experience heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech and/or Procore softwares
- Availability to start on-site in 4-weeks or on short notice
