Role
The relevant role is an 8-month contract Site Manager position delivering a $3.5M New Build Education project in Beechworth, with an expected start date out on site to be early August.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating all subcontractors and trades on-site
- Ensuring all aspects of the build meet the quality standards and the project is delivered within time and budget allocated
- Resolving any disputes that may arise
- OH&S measures and procedures
Requirements
- Site Manager experience for a Commercial headcontractor
- Education project experience heavily favorable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Hammertech software
- Availability for an August start
- Living local to the Beechworth region
