Role
The relevant role is a 4-month contract Site Manager need, with the possibility of a permanent role on offer, and involves delivering a live $40M High-End Apartment site in Toorak.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Creating a 4-week look ahead program
- Quality assurance and OH&S
- Resolving disputes that may arise on-site
Requirements
- Site Manager experience delivering a luxury High-End Residential/Apartment project for a headcontractor
- Proven Site Manager track record handing over project to completion
- Proficient with Procore and 1breadcrumb
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability or on short notice
