A market-leading supplier of precast concrete products, including L-beams & T-beams to critical infrastructure projects across Victoria.
With at least 18 months of work on the books, we are looking to appoint a Supervisor to lead their high-performing production team.
The Role
As the Precast Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the precast facility, ensuring all work meets project timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. You will work closely with the Precast Manager and site GMs to assign resources effectively, supervise staff and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The Person:
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relations both internally and externally with customers
- Previous people management experience in precast concrete operations is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude, technically minded with sound mechanical reasoning and comprehension
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Full drivers licence and a forklift licence is desirable alongside very strong safety-first approach.
