An established Victorian civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil Construction to oversee subdivision projects across Melbourne and surrounding growth areas.
You will manage day-to-day site delivery across earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads, pavements, kerb and channel, utilities and service installation , working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, crews, subcontractors and authorities.
This role suits a practical civil supervisor who knows how to keep subdivision sites moving safely, efficiently and to programme.

- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, councils and authorities
- Experience as a Site Supervisor, Civil Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
- Strong background in civil construction, subdivisions or land development
- Proven exposure to earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads and utilities
- Ability to manage direct labour, subcontractors and multiple site activities
- Strong understanding of safety, QA, ITPs, permits and site documentation
- Victorian civil construction experience will be highly regarded
