Specialising in high-end residential and architecturally designed homes , this role offers a chance to work on stunning, one-of-a-kind projects alongside some of Melbourne’s most creative architects and boutique builders.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, project-focused role where your ideas will be valued, and your work will be seen — literally — in the homes built across Melbourne.
- Design efficient and elegant structural solutions for high-end homes and renovations
- Collaborate closely with architects, builders, and other consultants
- Attend site inspections and project meetings across Melbourne's beautiful Bayside
- Manage your own mix of exciting projects, with support from senior engineers
We’re after someone who’s technically sharp, enjoys problem-solving, and loves working on unique, design-led projects.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 3–7 years’ experience in a structural engineering role (consultancy background preferred)
- Must have Inducta or Wallap exp
- Solid exposure to residential or architectural builds
- Working knowledge of Australian Standards and building codes
- Proficiency with structural design tools (RAPT, SpaceGass, ETABS, or similar)
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
