We’re looking for a Junior to Intermediate Structural / Foundation Engineer to join a growing, hands-on piling contractor in Dandenong. This is a chance to see your designs come to life on site, from concept to construction, working alongside experienced structural and geotechnical engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Design piled foundations and earth-retaining structures
- Produce detailed structural drawings for piling and foundation systems
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure practical, buildable solutions
- Apply geotechnical understanding to inform design decisions
- Support delivery teams with technical queries
- 2–4 years’ structural engineering experience, consulting background preferred
- Proficiency in Structural Toolkit, AutoCAD, and Excel
- Exposure to Wallap or PLAXIS 2D is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Interest in foundation engineering and seeing your designs realised in the field
- Work directly with senior structural and geotechnical engineers
