This company is a well known and reputable leading Tier 2 Commercial builder that is responsible for delivering predominately Apartments, Multi-Level Residential, Student Accomodation and Office projects up to $180M.
With over 15+ live projects on the go currently, this builder is a force in the market and that only seem to be getting stronger and expanding as a result.
Role
The relevant role is a Structures Foreman position to assist in delivering a new $100M Apartment complex in Spotswood which consists of 200 apartments across 3 buildings in a multi-stage build
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and overseeing subcontractors
- Quality assurance
- Driving and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
Requirements
- Previous Structures Foreman or Site Manager experience for a Tier 2 or 3 Commercial Headcontractor
- Apartment or Multi-Level Residential project experience required
- Strong impersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Hammertech and Procore software experience favorable
