About the Role
This is a key Systems Manager role with a well-established Australian contractor delivering work across civil infrastructure, utilities, water, environmental, electrical and broader construction markets.
You will lead the ongoing development, implementation and improvement of integrated management systems across Safety, Quality, Environment and Compliance. Working closely with project and operational teams, you will ensure systems are compliant, practical, audit-ready and embedded across the business.

- Lead internal and external audits, including non-conformances, corrective actions and close-out.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, ISO standards, FSC requirements and accreditation frameworks.
- Monitor system performance, analyse trends and report on KPIs, risks and improvement actions.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Manage document control, system integrity, training coordination and tender compliance inputs.
- Experience in systems management, HSEQ, quality, compliance or integrated management systems.
- Background in construction, civil infrastructure, utilities, engineering or contracting environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO certification requirements, FSC compliance and audit frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage corrective actions and maintain audit-ready systems.
- Strong understanding of Australian legislation, risk management and industry standards.
- Clear communication, report writing, stakeholder engagement and document control capability.
