The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in this referral scheme or referring potential applicants to Aspect Personnel during the promotion period:

  1. All candidate referrals must be made to Aspect Personnel via email before midnight on 23rd December, 2021.

  2. There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

  3. The reward will be gifted in the form of a voucher to the relevant venue. Aspect Personnel will not be liable for any expenses incurred beyond the value of the voucher.

  4. The reward to be issued 4 weeks from the permanent placement being made. No reward is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during this period.

  5. Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement will qualify for the reward.

  6. Referrals cannot be accepted retrospectively.

  7. Any potential candidate or person referred to Aspect Personnel must be placed by Aspect Personnel within 3 months of the referral date.

  8. The reward is not valid for any referred candidate that Aspect Personnel has had direct communication with in the last 28 days.

  9. The bonus scheme is not available to employees of Aspect Personnel.

  10. Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.

  11. Aspect Personnel reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion scheme at any time and without notice.

  12. Aspect Personnel shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering this promotion scheme.
