We're seeking flexible and motivated Receptionists who are available anytime between the following dates:  

    • Wed 28th Dec – Fri 30th Dec  

    • Tue 3rd Jan – Fri 13th Jan  

    • This can be one day or even longer coverage for these dates.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

    • Manage the reception desk and greet all visitors in a welcoming manner  

    • Answer all phone calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner  

    • Monitor the organisations general email inbox  

    • Perform administrative tasks accurately  

    • Provide ad hoc assistance  

Required skills:  

    • Strong customer service experience  

    • Strong attention to detail  

    • Proven ability to take initiative & prioritise  

    • Ability to pick up new software quickly  

    • Start from $30.59/hr + Super
