It’s our mission to develop career recruiters.

So we’ve designed our Consultant Trainee Program to teach our newest team members how to become recruitment consultants, and provide all the support, mentoring and tools they need to succeed.


How it works

Our six-month structured program matches trainees with an experienced consultant to support their development, graduation and promotion to Associate Consultant. In a mix of on the job coaching and recruitment training sessions, the program covers effective candidate sourcing, marketing strategies, interviewing methods, business development techniques and client relationship management.

Why recruitment?

A successful career in recruitment can be challenging – needing a unique set of skills from strategy, negotiation and employment law, to counselling and conflict resolution.

It can also be hugely rewarding to open doors and help people realise their true potential.

Who we're looking for​

We welcome people with little or no industry experience seeking a progressive and nurturing environment in which to learn how to become a recruitment consultant. We value previous experience in corporate sales or consulting. But most importantly, we’re looking for people who want to work as a team and support others in growing their careers and businesses.

How to join

There are no program dates or intakes. This is a one-to-one training program, so we accept the right person when they come along, and reward dedication as it’s earned.
