Manage the full lifecycle of Land Subdivisions projects from planning to completion. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead project planning, design coordination, and construction phases.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Foster strong client relationships and manage expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Civil Project Management or relevant roles.
- Proven track record in delivering Land Subdivisions projects.
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne's local regulations.
