This growing Engineering Consultancy provides structural and civil engineering design services to a vast variety of market sectors, and it is experiencing consistent growth. They are seeking an Administration & Accounts Assistant to join the team to support with the daily office tasks and processing accounts payable & receivable and account reconciliation.
The Role: This is a PART TIME ROLE 3 days per week.
You will have a dual role split between administration & accounts.
Admin Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Data Entry
- Onboarding new staff assisting HR with small tasks
- Stationary orders, office cleanliness (loading dishwasher)
- Greeting clients
- General office support duties
Accounts duties:
- Processing both accounts payable and accounts receivable
- EOM reconciliation
- Invoicing
- Processing Payroll
- Corresponding with customers regarding their accounts & payments
- Credit control and debt recovery
- Entering staff expenses
- Experience using Xero is essential
- Strong MS Office skills
- Good organisation and time management
- High attention to detail
