5 day work week business with hours of 7-5.
Softwares: Jobpac, Aconex, MS Suite, Hammertech
Role:
Overseeing the completion of complex commercial and fitout projects, you will be required to manage the contract process from start to finish.
With the support of senior commercial & project staff you will be responsible for letting and vetting of subcontractor packages, contractual negotiations, Document control, reporting (EOTS, Progress claims etc) and site assistance.
You will be managing contracts of projects ranging from $50K - $40m.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Contract administrator
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- A hardworking, positive attitude to building and a team player ready to roll up your sleeves to help out
- Experience managing commercial projects up to $10m
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Excellent customer service/client management
