The Role is a newly created position. The responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Interpret designs given by clients, architects and engineering consultants and provide value engineering options
- Drawing reviews, take offs, detailed quantities take offs.
- Produce and assist with tenders preparations, procurement and quotations
- Working with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate competitive pricing and information.
- Preparing material, labour costs and project budgets
- Providing effective support to Project managers to enable effective critical path execution of the project plan
- Knowledge of Microsoft projects and Levey's an advantage
